All products are designed according to VDI 2035 and the high purity water system/non-chemical standards of IAPMO/ANSI H1001.1. 

CEO Richard Graves is formally trained in heating technology at the Georg-Kerschensteiner-Schule in Bad Hamburg, Germany. He continues to travel to Europe to observe the latest state-of-the-art heating products and techniques. He is an active member of the IAPMO Hydronics Standards Committee, ensuring continued code development to preserve public health, safety, and welfare, and preserving safe water and strong plumbing and heating systems. Richard is an expert in the industry; installers, plumbing and mechanical officials, the construction industry, engineers, manufacturers and other heating and solar contractors approach him for advice.
